Follow the kit instructions for allowing dissolved gas to escape before sealing. Once degassing is complete, secure the lid promptly to limit exposure to ambient moisture.
Affix the sample identification label. Include the unit and compressor identity, oil type/grade, collection point, hours, and oil/filter changes.
Place the securely closed bottle and one completed form inside the supplied sample container. Send samples promptly, especially moisture-sensitive POE/Solest oils.
One completed form per sample. Keep the same asset and component identifiers on future submissions so reports can be compared over time.
Oil condition depends on the lubricant, equipment, and service history. Keep the sampling point consistent when comparing results.
