Your order

Each listed kit includes the applicable sampling kit, one sample analysis, and a reviewed digital report. Checkout shows kit charges, outbound and prepaid sample-return shipping, and tax before payment. Volume prices apply separately to each kit type. Square processes payment for Amalina Technologies.

An online sample registration identifies an incoming sample. Registration alone does not purchase analysis. Keep your order number and sample identifiers with your paperwork.

Sampling and shipping

Follow the instructions for your kit and sample type. Provide accurate fluid, equipment, collection, and contact details. The laboratory may need clarification or a replacement sample if the quantity, condition, or paperwork is inadequate.

Sales and shipping at launch are limited to the contiguous United States. Follow the return instructions supplied for your order. Filled gas samples require the carrier-approved packaging, service, and declarations applicable to their contents. See shipping and sample returns.

Turnaround

Standard turnaround is 5 business days after the laboratory accepts an adequate sample and complete paperwork. Transit time is additional. Priority 48-hour and urgent 24-hour service require laboratory confirmation before purchase. The laboratory will confirm availability, the applicable fee, and the agreed schedule.

Reports

Reports are released after laboratory review. Findings describe the submitted sample and the analysis performed. Refer to the report for its methods, scope, limitations, and any applicable conformance statement. Refrigeration oil analysis is outside the scope of refrigerant certification.

Cancellations and returns

Contact Amalina with your order number to request a cancellation, return, or refund. The laboratory will review the request against kit dispatch and work already performed. Obtain return instructions before sending unused kits or containers back.

Customer access

Use your own verified email when creating an account. Company records are shared only through authorized company access. Contact Amalina to join an existing company account or resolve an order placed with another email address.
