Shipping your samples

Use the return packaging, label, and applicable carrier instructions supplied for your order. Filled refrigerant cylinders require an appropriate approved shipping method. A general parcel label alone does not establish that a sample can be shipped.

Orders with many kits may use multiple parcels. Keep the sample IDs and packing list together so the lab can receive your batch accurately.

When the clock starts

Standard analysis takes 5 business days from acceptance of your sample and complete paperwork. Transit time is separate. Rush service is available only after lab confirmation.
