Identify every sample
Register each sample with the equipment and refrigerant or oil information. Keep sample IDs with their containers so every result goes to the right equipment.
Collect and return
Follow the applicable sampling instructions and the return instructions provided with your kit. Gas samples may require separate liquid and vapor sampling. Return samples to Unit E.
Follow the analysis
The standard turnaround is 5 business days after the lab accepts an adequate sample with complete paperwork. Rush requests require lab confirmation; shipping time is separate.
Review your results
The laboratory reviews results before release. Access your report in the customer portal and keep your equipment’s sample history together.
Prepare your cylinder return.
Confirm the liquid and vapor samples required, keep sample IDs with each cylinder, and include one collection form per sample.
